Any reproduction, alteration, or distribution of the media without written consent is strictly prohibited. It not only violates the rights of the photographer, but it also isn’t fair to the model(s). In the case of media that has been received as part of a portrait session: -Media included in any digital media purchase and/or complimentery gift from the photographer may be used to make prints for personal, non-commercial use. -Media included in any digital media purchase MAY NOT be used for sale, alteration, distribution, advertising or financial gain. -Certain exceptions apply, but must be approved in writing by the photographer prior to use. -The photographer retains ownership and copyright of all materials. -Terms of Service, Policies, and all other content on the website (including prices) are subject to change without notice. Due to the creative nature of photography, satisfaction cannot be guaranteed. While there are things that can be done to deter from the appearance of weight, height, age, etc., it is the purpose of the photographer to have you look as naturally attractive as possible, while still maintaining your personal appearance. If services rendered are considered to be unsatisfactory, the customer agrees to go through arbitration in the county in which the photographer resides at the time of the shoot, with an arbitrator of her choice. Reports made to the Better Business Bureau, online complaint boards and various other third-party associations will be considered a breach of contract and no refund (either partial or full) will be issued.
